Scope: Value Engineer high cost H.E. Williams fixtures with like kind and quality fixtures.
The owner of the building sought out a more cost effective solution compared to what was specified by the architect. By changing brands the customer was able to save over 25% on materials and received a better product. MaxLite’s indirect troffer is 19.2% brighter than HE Williams’ and has a longer rated life.
